Hummus & Baba Ghanoush

These are two very well-known Arabic dishes with tahini as the basic ingredient. The main difference is that hummus is made from chickpeas, while Baba Ghanoush is made from eggplant. Try the wonderful creamy salads as appetizers accompanied by Arabic pie. Although these are two popular dishes in the Arab world, in Lebanon you will taste their most delicious versions.

Tabouleh

Tabouleh salad is one of the most popular dishes in the country and the predominant ingredient is parsley. This cool salad apart from parsley has also lemon juice, fine oatmeal, spring onion and / or dried onion, tomato, mint, olive oil.

Fattoush

Kafta

Lebanese kafta is made from minced lamb, beef or chicken, which is mixed with parsley and onion. This is the Lebanese version of kebab and is served plain, usually accompanied by pie and vegetables.

Arak

Try the national drink of Lebanon in combination with local snacks. Arak is a drink with anise and a high percentage of alcohol. You may drink it with ice and water.
